Archonex Converter · last updated 29 July 2026
Archonex Converter collects nothing, sends nothing and has no accounts. Your files are converted on your own device and are never uploaded anywhere. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
Files you select stay on your device for the whole conversion. The app reads the file you chose, writes the result where you tell it to, and that is the entire journey — nothing is transmitted, copied off the device, or retained by us, because there is no server for it to go to.
Temporary intermediate files may be written to the operating system's cache while a conversion runs, and are removed when it finishes or is cancelled.
The app keeps a small amount of state locally, and nowhere else:
All of it lives in the platform's own preferences storage, is readable only by this app, and is deleted when you uninstall it. None of it identifies you.
There are none. The app is free in full: every converter, every format, no monthly count and nothing to buy. It has no purchase screen, asks for no payment details and contacts no payment processor.
The app is a general-purpose utility, is not directed at children, and collects no personal information from anyone regardless of age.
The app bundles open-source conversion engines (FFmpeg for media and images, PDFium for PDF rendering). They run entirely on your device and make no network requests. No third-party service is contacted at all.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Since no data is collected, any change is likely to be a clarification rather than a new practice.
Questions about this policy, or about the app, can be raised as an issue on GitHub.
